The cost of package will depend upon kind of illness or damage, complications  ,   time  involved , treatment selected and destination for tourism . The package further prescribes  a schedule of payments   correlated   with the  actual  implementation  of   each   case. The actual expenses and   costs   to patients are   charged   on  'as and when incurred'  basis.
